About the role:

This commercial property development business is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their small South Yarra based team.

As the Office Coordinator, this candidate will support the EA with administrative duties around the office. Someone with a flexible attitude who is able to adapt to various tasks would fit in well to this environment.


Key duties:

  • Greeting visitors and answering calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Supporting the Director in the EAs absence
  • General ad hoc duties

Key skills:

  • Experience in minutes for meetings
  • Travel booking and diary management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
