About the role:
The Managing Director of a global advertising agency is seeking an Operations Coordinator. The role will support him with the day to day operations of the business, including putting together case studies for pitches and proposals for client tenders.
The successful candidate will support three members of the executive team, as well as work as a right-hand-man to the MD.
This permanent opportunity is based in South Melbourne.
- Diary management
- Collation of materials for client proposals
- Travel bookings
- Minutes in meetings
- Providing efficient email correspondence
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative tasks
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting c-suite
- Experience putting tenders together
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS office suite
