Commercial Litigation 1-3 years - international shipping & transport focus

Our client is a lading national firm with a thriving commercial disputes practice. Due to continued growth and an influx of new work, a new role has been created for a junior to mid-level commercial litigator to join a growing team with prior experience or a genuine interest in international trade & transport as well as competition law.
 
Working with two partners well known for their expertise in this field, you will advise on a range of commercial litigation matters including shipping, maritime, commodities & trade (both domestic & international)as well as advisory and contentious competition work.
 
You will be:
 
  1. Have a minimum of 1-4 years’ PAE in commercial litigation from a well-regarded disputes team.
  2. A driven and energetic litigator, with proven experience or a genuine interest in international trade & transport and competition/ACCC work.
  3. Proven experience running a caseload of files in your own name and dealing directly with clients.
  4. Strong time management, drafting & communication skills.
  5. Possess solid academics.
  6. A team player with a desire to learn.
