HR Advisor

A Global marketing leading technology business are currently seeking a HR advisor to join their small but super efficient team based in Sydney CBD. This opportunity would be perfect for a HR Coordinator looking to take next steps in their HR career. 


Day to Day 
  • Providing general advice and support to employees on general HR questions/policy queries 
  • Manage the employee lifecycle
  • Support line managers/stakeholders through the implementation of HR Activities 
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR projects to achieve HR and business strategies
  • Support the annual HR calendar of activities, such as performance and remuneration reviews.
  • Champion business process improvements and a shift towards best practice
 About you 

  • Three years experience in HR
  • A qualification in HR, or a similar degree.
  • An ability to adapt your approach to ensure strong relationships are formed across a varied workforce
  • Demonstrated experience driving change
  • Experience with a HRIS (highly desirable)
