Marketing Administrator

My client a marketing leading medical company based in Macquarie Park are currently looking for temporary administration resource to sit within the Marketing & Sales team on a part time basis (3 days per week) for the month of March 2020. This role primarily revolves around the planning and execution of day to day and ongoing administrative tasks for the marketing department. 
The role
  • General & adhoc admin tasks
  • Assist with content creation
  • Editorial publication editing support
  • Assist with marketing campaigns
  • Travel Booking
  • Calendar Management
  • Courier Booking & Coordination
  • Required software experience: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You will be a self-starter with high energy, initiative and a “can do” attitude.
  • Previous experience within an admin function essential
  • Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as working autonomously is also critical to this role.
