About the role:

A Managing Director of a global advertising agency is seeking an EA/Operations Coordinator. The role will support him with the day to day operations of the business, including the business development and staff development space.
 
The successful candidate will have supported multiple managers as they will also give support to other members of the executive team when required.

This permanent opportunity is based in South Melbourne.


Key duties:

  • Diary management
  • Travel bookings
  • Minutes in meetings
  • Providing efficient email correspondence
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • General administrative tasks

Key skills:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting c-suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office suite
