About the role:

Private equity firm based in Southbank seeking an Office Manager for a two-week period. This is covering the current Office Manager who is going on leave.
Be part of a small sized business, where the Office Manager will assist in organising  an upcoming external event while supporting the wider team with administrative duties.  

Key duties:

  • Event organisation
  • Coordinating travel bookings
  • Putting together event collateral
  • Assisting team with general office duties

Key skills:
  • Experienced office manager
  • Events coordination skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
