The Client Administration Manager will manage the Credit Administration team to:
  • Attend to customer queries including issuing loan statements and providing assistance with on-line access to loan accounts.
  • Ensure customer contact details are kept up to date
  • Update insurance policies
  • Manage/Approve margin reductions
  • Notify customers when Interest Only period is due to expire
  • Manage Deed of Priority for existing customers
  • Manage lease registrations for existing customers
  • Manage Plans of Subdivisions for existing customers
  • Manage Deeds of Entry for existing customers
  • Manage discharge processes 
  • Manage variations to existing loans including change to payment due dates and repayment frequency
  • Organise proactive business retention response on discharge notifications
  • Identify original broker and liaise with relevant Relationship Manager to identify if/how loan can be retained
  • Allocate files to attend to any adjustments to terms


To be successful in this application, you will have:

  • Financial services knowledge and experience, ideally in both residential & commercial space
  • Mortgage loan management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of Financial Services legislation
  • Major financial institution background
  • Tertiary qualifications in one or more of economics, business, accounting and/or finance is preferred.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
