Our client is big on retention so sales vacancies within their sales team are rare. As a result this opportunity is unique, rare as hens teeth and this property group is searching for a dynamic and experienced sales consultant to lead the way and sell out one project in amongst many others coming up to launch.
Role Overview

Key accountabilities include:

  • Proactively sell, negotiate and close sales

  • Manage the end to end sales process from initial inquiry through to settlement

  • Be the ambassador of the company and project brand and ensure strong relationships with customers

  • Follow up calls, new leads and inquiries to convert sales

  • Ensure impeccable customer service at all times

  • Have a strong understanding of the local market and projects to ensure greater opportunities to convert the customer to sale

  • Play an active role in development meetings and be able to report feedback and market intelligence from their customers

  • Ensure strong attention to detail in contract documentation
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you must display the following qualities: 

  • Proven sales experience

  • You’re passionate about property and you live and breathe it

  • You must be tenacious, hungry and be highly motivated and driven

  • Well-developed administration and organisational skills

  • A strong work ethic coupled with a can do attitude
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to establish strong rapport and trust with people
