About the role:

Opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join a boutique Accounting Firm in Prahran.

This role will see the successful candidate working with a team of Client Services Administrators supporting two partners in an EA capacity, as well as the wider office.

Key duties:

  • Credit Card dissections and summaries
  • Timesheet processing
  • Assistance with other clerical tasks as required
  • Reception relief
  • Liaison as required with Partners and staff
  • Diary Management & Travel co-ordination for Directors and staff
  • Sorting and distributing the mail

Key skills:
  • 3 + years' experience as an Administrator within an accounting firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
