About the role:

Opportunity for a Corporate Administrator to join a progressive, supportive, and social Accounting Firm in Richmond. This role will see the successful candidate coordinate administrative tasks related to client services. 


Key duties:

  • Meeting & greeting clients in receptionists absence
  • Preparation of ASIC Forms
  • New company and trust set ups
  • Follow up of signed corporate documents
  • Respond to ATO correspondence as requested by accountants
  • Assisting accountants as required

Key skills:
  • 2 + years' experience as an Administrator within an accounting firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
