About the role:

Successful accounting practice based in Essendon Fields. Collaborative team of 50 people with a high level of professional development.  Dynamic and energetic work culture with the resources, training and technology of a global firm.

Supporting the accounting practice as an Administration Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in managing an administrative team in an accounting firm.


Key duties:

• Manage workflow of the Accounting Admin Team  
• Provide daily management, KPI’s, coaching and mentoring to a team
• Create and implement training plans for all team members
• Support the General Manager in supporting the IT infrastructure and administration of the business
• Review and continuously improve Accounting Admin processes

Key skills:

• Experience managing a team of administrators within an accounting practice
• Demonstrates strong accounting administration experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
