Client Details

Our client, an innovative mid sized law firm a is seeking a lawyer/ Senior Associate with 3-7 years PQE to join their highly successful Corporate/Commercial team.

Description 

Working closely with the partners, you will advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A,  structuring, share sale agreements, asset sale agreements , shareholder agreements and corporate governance matters as well as a variety of general commercial contracts such as supply and distribution agreements. You will also have some exposure to competition and consumer law matters as well as financial services matters.  You will be a trusted advisor to your clients, assisting them with developing future strategies and managing commercial risks.    
 
Profile

With 3-7 years’ PQE from a reputable boutique, mid tier or top tier firm you have strong commercial sensibilities, significant experience in corporate/commercial matters and a real interest in being part of a dynamic, growing and highly regarded Corporate/Commercial team.
