They are currently offering an experience member Engagement Manager the opportunity to join them in their organisation where you will have a strong sense of pride being involved with an organisation making a real difference. 


  • Complex stakeholder Management
  • Drive effective engagement and foster strong relationships
  • Ensure exceptional communication
  • Collaborate and contribute to strategic objectives
  • Implementation of Member engagement framework 
  • Key point of contact for stakeholder advice and information
  • Briefing CEO's, Executive leadership team and board
  • Manage all key communication channels


You will be highly organised and it goes without saying you will be an exceptional communications professional. Experience in a complex matrix structure will be a distinct benefit. You will have strong influencing and negotiating skills whilst maintaining cohesive and strong relationships. Working for an NFP you will have an empathetic nature with a passion for helping the community and respect for all walks of life. Experience in a change management environment will also be highly regarded. Potentially you come from a background with an industry association and have had exposure to governance and governance reforms
