About the role:

Opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join a boutique Accounting firm in St Kilda rd.

This role will see the successful candidate supporting the wider team of accountants in an administrative capacity.


Key duties:

  • Accurate maintenance of client databases
  • Preparing collations and client facing communications
  • Preparation and lodgement of ATO documents
  • Invoicing
  • PA support
  • Assisting accountants with ad hoc duties
  • General office duties


Key skills:
  • 2 + years' experience in an accounting firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
