About the role:
This global law firm is seeking a Receptionist to join their Melbourne office.
As the office Receptionist, you will be seen as the face of the business and ensure all internal and external clients are being provided with outstanding customer service.
This is a permanent role with standard Monday-Friday hours.
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Answering and transferring calls
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Organising mail
- General ad-hoc duties if and when required
- Experience in a reception role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS office suite
