Role Overview

With a strong background in marketing you will be required to formulate and drive exceptional communications to enhance grow and their brand presence

• Formulate, manage and then execute a marketing communication
• Oversee all branding and messaging and ensure all voice and tone is consistent
• Management of the PR and Ad agency
• Draft, manage and execute all copywriting for website, PR activities, submissions, corporate collateral and press releases
• Formulate and manage all social media strategy
• Managing a marketing budget
• Ensure stakeholder engagement across all areas of the business through effective communications

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you must display the following qualities:

• Proven Marketing Communications experience with a focus on property
• Solid copywriting skills
• Be a problem solver
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Be able to cope with a fast-paced working environment where everyone assists each other
• Degree qualified in PR, communications or Marketing
