Your duties will include :
- Answering calls, taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate manager
- Minute Taking in board meetings
- Providing Support to 3 x general managers
- Booking travel & accommodation
- Greet clients and provide necessary assistance
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and communicating with client on various matters
- Filing and scanning
- General office duties as required.

- Advance Microsoft Office suite
- Highly Organised

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
