Administration Assistant

My client a large FMCG Business based in Macquarie Park are currently looking for a Administration Assistant to join their fun team,  you will be the main point of contact for all queries, both face to face and on the phone.
if you are competent in Word, Excel and Outlook, have excellent communication skills and are professionally presented then this is a fantastic opportunity to use your multi tasking skills.
 
Your duties will include :
 
  • Answering calls, taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate manager
  • Minute Taking in board meetings
  • Providing Support to 3 x general managers
  • Booking travel & accommodation
  • Greet clients and provide necessary assistance
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and communicating with client on various matters
  • Filing and scanning
  • General office duties as required.
