As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, you will be seen as a senior member of the administrative team.

The Executive Assistant will take part in high level internal and external meetings, coordinate travel and manage a busy diary.


Key duties:

  • Diary management
  • Travel bookings
  • Minutes in meetings
  • Providing efficient email correspondence
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • General administrative tasks

Key skills:


  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting c-suite
  • Proficient in MYOB-AE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office suite
