About the Company

Tasked with improving health outcomes for Australians through the delivery of digital healthcare systems and the national digital health strategy for Australia, the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) commenced operations on 1 July 2016. The Agency is responsible for national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation and clinical quality and safety. Our focus is on putting data and technology safely to work for patients, consumers and the healthcare professionals who look after them.

About the role

The Insights Analyst role provides stewardship and support for generating insights and benefits measurement that examine the impact of digital health on quality, safety, efficiency, and population health. The role also provides strategic advice about benefits evaluation to internal stakeholders to inform work program activities that align to building a robust evidence base for digital health.

About you

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the delivery of key insights and benefits measurement across a range digital health initiatives. These will be utilised to support organisational funding, influence policy and encourage the adoption and use of digital health services across Australia. You will possess the ability to prepare and present complex information in succinct pieces of advice at a strategic senior level, preferably within the health sector. The role will also support the team and broadly across the Agency by championing evaluation and performance surveillance throughout the Agency.

The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain or hold a current baseline security clearance.
