My client provides financial products for start-up businesses and sole traders. Whilst still being relatively small and agile, they have a market capitalisation of over $900 Million.
Due to increased demand for company services, leading to the continued growth in employees, a Help Desk / Application Support specialist is required to help the business maintain excellent levels of service to end users.
- 5+ years’ experience in end user support
- Expertise in troubleshooting desktop, video conferencing and business systems
- Strong technical knowledge in Windows, Office 365, SCCM, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, VPN, Apple/Android products and software platforms
- Proven experience in providing VIP support to executive level stakeholders
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills and the ability to be a great team player.
- Financial services background preferred but not essential
- Ability to work proactively, in a dynamic non-bureaucratic environment
