FinTech boutique undergoing several transformational internal technology upgrades requires experienced Help Desk / Application Support specialist to support end users.    

Client Details

My client provides financial products for start-up businesses and sole traders. Whilst still being relatively small and agile, they have a market capitalisation of over $900 Million.  

Description

Due to increased demand for company services, leading to the continued growth in employees, a Help Desk / Application Support specialist is required to help the business maintain excellent levels of service to end users.

Profile
  • 5+ years’ experience in end user support
  • Expertise in troubleshooting desktop, video conferencing and business systems
  • Strong technical knowledge in Windows, Office 365, SCCM, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, VPN, Apple/Android products and software platforms 
  • Proven experience in providing VIP support to executive level stakeholders
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills and the ability to be a great team player.
  • Financial services background preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work proactively, in a dynamic non-bureaucratic environment
