The Assignment:
 
A CBD property based business is seeking a temp to cover annual leave.  This is an opportunity to show-case your Contracts Administration skills and experience.  This is a temporary assignment, working three days per week, starting this Monday 9th December until Friday 20th December.  Which days of the week is up to you.
 
Tasks & Responsibilities:
 
The successful temp will be holding the fort and keeping the dream alive by providing sales administration and contract assistance ensuring deadlines are met and internal support is achieved.
 
Day to day responsibilities will include:
 
  • Check contracts to match the CRM data
  • Ensure an exchanged contract is received for every sale
  • Liaise with relevant personnel regarding files, presale registrations etc.
  • Cross-check deposits and ensure payment
  • Scan all required, relevant contracts and sales documents
  • Various administration tasks as required
 
What Next?
 
If you have a background and understanding of contracts administration within property, then I need to hear from you!  This is to commence this Monday 9th December until Friday 20th December, for three days per week.  The rate is $28.00 per hour + super.
