About the Company


Tasked with improving health outcomes for Australians through the delivery of digital healthcare systems and the national digital health strategy for Australia, the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) commenced operations on 1 July 2016. The Agency is responsible for national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation and clinical quality and safety. Our focus is on putting data and technology safely to work for patients, consumers and the healthcare professionals who look after them.


The Role

The Director, Insights and Analytics role is responsible for leading the Insights and Analytics Function in the delivery of an integrated analytics driven insight view across the Agency. The role will deliver insights that are accurate and informative to enable the business to make evidence-based decisions.


Profile

The successful candidate leads a team of passionate professionals who are very outcomes focused with a primary goal of showing value of insights and analytics of the Agency’s data assets and leverage them with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will develop strong working relationships with internal and external business stakeholders and vendors. The role is key to championing a change in culture and behaviour across the Agency in respect of the utilisation of Insights and Analytics to convey complex messages.
 

The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain or hold a current baseline security clearance.
