About the Assignment
 
Reporting to Senior Management, this temporary opportunity is assisting this commercial business for four days in a customer service and reception capacity.  With so much going on, your days will go quickly assisting the team with general administration and directing traffic.
With some weekend shifts leading up to Christmas, we need someone who is committed and reliable.  There is opportunity for future shifts in the coming months also.
 
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous reception and customer service experience
  • Ability to deal with all walks of life – senior management, customers, maintenance personnel
  • Strong customer service
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong MS Office Suite and administration skills
