HR Manager

Market leading FMCG business based in the Inner West are currently looking for a seasoned HR professional to come on board in this stand-alone role. 

This is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on talent enthusiast to really own the HR space and craft a people agenda + talent approach that matches both your (personal) HR style and that fits the operational needs + cultural requirements

You will primarily be responsible for developing and managing employee life-cycle strategies through candidate attraction and retention.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or Psychology
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Business Partner or similar capacity, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Experience working in a start up/ enterpunreaul enviroment
  • Optimistic, positive, humble, empathic and an ability to relate to others and respond to their needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
