Description 

As Business Development and Recruitment Executive, your role will be to acquire new members through working with your team leader to ensure a consistent pipeline of high quality leads and building relationships with these people to convert them into members. 


Profile

This role is largely a new business role and will require an individual who has a hunter mentality and who is driven and self motivated.  You will be comfortable cold calling and engaging with senior executives on the phone, selling the organisation’s value proposition.  You will also be highly resilient and able to deal with knock backs and rejection.  To be considered you will be able to demonstrate your track record in new business role.  This could be in any business to business environment – membership, recruitment, or service orientated environment.
