Client Details

A leading player within the Australin Financial Services market, our client have an excellent brand reputation and employee proposition. 


This position will provide support to a busy asset finance division by way of the following:

  • Sending documents electronically to customer
  • Checking of received documents against a checklist and submitting for settlement
  • Dealing with customers by phone and email and answering simple queries


To be successful in this application, you will ideally have some financial services experience in a customer-centric capacity. You will have:

  • At least four years experience in a customer-centric capacity
  • Tier one communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Suite
  • Solid problem-solving skills
