About the role:

Opportunity for an Administrator to join a boutique Accounting firm in Ivanhoe

This role will see the successful candidate working with a team of Administrators supporting the wider office.

Key duties:

  • Work cooperatively with other team members across the firm to meet the firm’s needs
  • Take responsibility and accountability for client and team member outcomes
  • Identify and anticipates the needs of the team
  • Manage front of house operations and enquiries,
  • Management of client communication through the firm’s Portal
  • Management of client records within the firm’s Practice Management software
  • Attend client meetings to document meeting notes where required 

Key skills:
  • 2 + years' experience as an Administrator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
