About the role: Opportunity for an Administrator to join a boutique Accounting firm in Ivanhoe
This role will see the successful candidate working with a team of Administrators supporting the wider office.
Key duties:- Work cooperatively with other team members across the firm to meet the firm’s needs
- Take responsibility and accountability for client and team member outcomes
- Identify and anticipates the needs of the team
- Manage front of house operations and enquiries,
- Management of client communication through the firm’s Portal
- Management of client records within the firm’s Practice Management software
- Attend client meetings to document meeting notes where required
Key skills:- 2 + years' experience as an Administrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
