 About the Role
This property business is seeking a self-motivated and experienced individual to join this autonomous working environment.  Being the Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting this small, friendly and supportive team.  The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan, have previous experience operating in a busy environment where they are relied upon to undertake various tasks, while being flexible.  This is a three month temporary assignment, to start immediately and you must be available to interview immediately.  The rate is  $38.00 per hour + super.
  • Extensive diary and inbox management for one particular manager
  • Creating and processing purchase orders
  • Formatting various documents including lease proposals, marketing material
  • Expenses
  • Coordinating regular domestic travel
  • Manage meetings
  • Overall office management
Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role as well as:
  • Professional and mature approach
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills
  • Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
