Our client is a globally renowned software company who are currently market leaders in their space, having developed their success through a strong track record of innovation and being at the cutting edge.    With around 5000 people globally, their team across Australia includes 200 or so high performing professionals all driving towards a common goal.  As they are now embarking on a rapid growth trajectory, the need has arisen to hire a seasoned Sales leader to support the Country Manager with developing revenue opportunities to support their objectives.  


Description 

Reporting into the Country Manager this role will be responsible for driving the performance of the Territory Account Managers ensuring that they are continually focusing on growth of new business within their designated areas as well as maximising revenue opportunities out of existing customers.  In addition, this is a quota carrying role so you will be required to manage a portfolio of your own accounts as well as seek out and nurture new business opportunities. 


Profile


To be successful you will be an accomplished Sales leader who has built their career in the software space.  You will be able to demonstrate your track record of growing and managing accounts as well as supporting and developing your national team.  Ideally you will have sold into accounts in the industrial, resources or utilities space and will be able to leverage your contacts here.  You will be a team player with a growth mindset who is looking to go on a journey with a business and develop your career.
