We are searching for a Business Process Business Analyst, responsible for managing the two owners vision of projects to undertake, the creation of a shared services proposition in a professional services organisation about to move into bigger offices and bigger ambition reporting in to the Head of Transformation.
The work will span multiple functions, people, work groups and levels and will strive to harmonise the business processes predominately in the Melbourne CBD offices across IT, process and continuous improvement, developing a shared service offering across the business.
About the role and you
The ideal candidate will have process improvement and change experience from a BA business process and analytics background.
Along with exceptional analytical and trouble shooting skills, you have a proactive and dynamic approach to helping senior executives turn their complex visions into simple and compelling outcomes. You will work closely with owners and the transformation head on specific projects/priorities, mapping out the best practice work processes, configure data structures and roll out actions plans. Collecting, analysing and creating compelling results and outcomes will be where you have and will thrive.
You will ideally had had some IT business process experience to be able to identify and drive process improvement and operational excellence. Due to the current change environment you must have an agile approach and be comfortable working in a fluid culture.
