The Firm
FutureYou has partnered exclusively with an Internationally recognised Design Firm with studios across the Globe. Their offices are located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth – as well as operations in London, New York, California and New Zealand. 

The Role
An opportunity exists for Lead/Senior BIM Manager to join this practice to work across a range of exciting commercial, aviation, transport and education based projects that are in the pipeline. This exciting opportunity will see you lead; manage; develop and grow your team; and will define you as a Leader in your field. This studio will allow you to develop your own personal brand – as well as ensuring you are at the forefront in the BIM Management conversation. 

You will have the capability; and track-record of demonstrating your technical capabilities in tackling and resolving complex design issues; utilising powerful software will be able to create a work solution that will allow the project teams to accurately execute the design intent. Master templates, templates, families, libraries are all words you needn’t shy away from. You are an expert in your field. 

You will need to be able to effectively communicate; and work part of a broader team; whether it be Project or Studio based.  

About You 
You will be an accomplished BIM Manager with a minimum of 7 Years’ experience working as an Architect, BIM Technician or Architectural Technician – with an a minimum of 18 months in a full BIM Management role; working across multiple project typologies.   

Strong attention to detail is essential coupled with your acute problem-solving acumen. You will be able to work between Architectural Design and the Digital Computation worlds; combine the two and create solutions with your knowledge and tested methodologies. 
You will be an effective communicator, personable and the ability to instil confidence in consultants, team members and clients. The ability to establish, build and maintain strong relationships across client and stakeholders is part of your acumen as well as creating workflow solutions that benefit not only a singular project – but the Studio on a global level. 

Revit and it’s plugins all second nature to you; you are not one to shy away from a challenge and finding the solution to complex problems give you the thrills you need. 

This role may require you to relocate depending on project need.
