Form part of a team of exceptional individuals, delivering Infrastructure project across Australia & New Zealand.
FutureYou has partnered with an Industry Leader in innovation, design and sustainability; ensuring their people are put first; ensuring the best principals of design and capabilities are retained and looked after.
This firm has Studios across Australia; and more recently New Zealand. Expanding their capabilities and delivery solutions. After a tremendous 2017, 2018, and now a successful 2019, this Studio is preparing for a roaring 2020 and are position themselves to dominate the market across Australasia.
This key appointment will see you work from Schematic Development through to early stages of delivery of a key component of the project. You will report directly to the Principal; and have a team underneath, reporting to you on a daily basis.
You will be required to be able to effectively manage, lead, develop and guide your team through the Design stages; through to delivery; maintaining costs; and ensuring Project budgets and planning are not put at risk.
You will be required to use your interpersonal skills at a strategic level to liaise and manage consultants & effectively manage workflow on a large and complex project involving numerous stakeholders.
You will be a Senior Architect / Senior Associate with a proven track-record. You will be commercially minded and well suited to a large and complex working environment; having the “nuts and bolts” acumen to quickly resolve complex design matters.
You have a background in Rail, Infrastructure or Aviation; and see yourself developing into a Principal in the coming 24 months.
