Commercial Disputes & Regulatory Lawyer 3-5 year PAE

Our client is a national firm with a thriving disputes & regulatory practice. Due to a new Partner appointment & an influx of new work, a new role has been created for a junior disputes lawyer to join their Litigation division acting for a range of corporates, professional services firms, regulatory bodies & government bodies.
 
Working with a new partner well known for their expertise in this field, you will advise on a range of commercial disputes, regulatory investigatory (in the financial services arena), class actions & misconduct.
 
You will be:
 
  1. Have a minimum of 3-4 years’ PAE from a well-regarded litigation practice.
  2. Broad commercial disputes experience with some regulatory investigatory or exposure to banking royal commission work.
  3. Handling a busy caseload of files, with a view to working autonomously as you develop into the role.
  4. Strong time management, drafting & prioritisation skills.
  5. Possess solid academics.
