Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with a retail organisation in the recruitment of their new Payroll Officer to join their team. Having recently opened some new stores, their family run business is now at over 5,000 employees across AU and NZ and they are looking for the new headcount to join and help with the additional work load. Their Payroll Manager is one of the nicest Managers i have personally recruited for and my recent new addition has said their Management style is the best.

Joining a team of 7 and reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you will be joining a team of 3 FutureYou recent recruits too. 

They are a solid, stable and lovely team who all work very hard together. They are looking for someone to fit in to their team culture and support the team in more ways than just the work.


Your duties will include:
  • Payroll processing end to end using MicroPay Meridian
  • Kronos time and attendance systems
  • Enterprise agreement interpretation
  • Super and tax calculations
  • Full function
  • Ad hoc projects


In order to be considered please ensure you have at least 2 years experience in a Payroll Officer position. Intermediate Meridian skills experience is essential.

This would suit someone looking to join a family feel business with a large head count, they have autonomous roles and would suit someone who works well without constant direction. 

Job Offer

In return you will receive $80k+ Super. They are conveniently located in the CBD fringe, public transport accessible. Unfortunately no parking on site.

This is a 12 month FTC for now, this will have potential for permanency.
