The Firm
FutureYou has partnered exclusively with an nationally recognised Design Firm with studios across the country. Their offices are located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth - and soon operations will be expanding into New Zealand and Shanghai.

The Role
An opportunity exists for Senior Workplace Strategist to join this practice to work across a range of exciting commercial / workplace projects that are in the pipeline. This exciting opportunity will see you lead; manage; develop and grow your team; and will define you as a Leader in your field. This studio will allow you to develop your own personal brand – as well as ensuring you are at the forefront in the design conversation.

You will have the capability; and track-record to show proven results to be able to consult and provide effective; and design driven consultation to a variety of Commercial & Workplace projects with the knowledge of space/occupancy at a strategic planning level.

You will need to be able to effectively communicate how human psychology affects and influences productively and activity in the workplace; by utilisation of data and research and strategic analysis of factors that affect the workplace.

About You 
You will be an accomplished Senior Workplace Strategist with a minimum of 10 Years’ experience; working across workplace and commercial project typologies. You will be capable of leading large multi-faceted projects with several stakeholders with conflicting priorities.  

Strong attention to detail is essential, and experience in creating effective thought-out, research driven design solutions to create more effective and productive workplace for all end-users is essential to be successful in this role.

Passion for Interior Design and the psychology behind how we utilise the space we inhibit are the building blocks for success for this role.

You will be an effective communicator, client facing, personable and the ability to instil confidence in consultants, team members and clients.
