Description 

Working with the major accounts team, you will be responsible for supporting and working with a team who are responsible for the qualitative & quantitative analysis of RFT, RFP, RFI and RFQ documents for account opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
  • Maintain excellent data integrity
  • Assist in pricing the offer 
  • Work with data sets to understand tender requirements and compare multiple supplier offers to arrive at the optimal commercial outcome
  • Complete tender submissions within the required time-frame and in line with company standards and protocol
  • Ensure compliance to tender administration processes
  • Initiate process improvement changes to create efficiencies in the existing tender process
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of customers
  • Provide reports and analysis as required


Profile

To be successful you will ideally have been working for 1-2 years or could be looking for your first role in a sales analytics capacity.  Most importantly you will:

  • Be detail orientated
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be innovative and proactive in your approach
  • Be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have solid Microsoft Office skills - Word, PowerPoint an particularly Excel


Job Offer

Our client is offering a compmetitive salary package dependant on experience inclusive of base salary, super and profit share.  In addition, they have a fully equipped gym on site available for $20 per month and staff are encouraged to use this.   A fun, autonomous and entrepreneurial work environment is also on offer as is the opportunity to join an experienced team with a supportive leader.
