About the role:

Opportunity for a Senior Client Services Administrator to join a progressive, supportive, and social Accounting Firm. This role will see the successful candidate supporting two partners in an EA capacity. In addition this role assists in the management of exciting marketing and event campaigns.


Key duties:
  • Daily diary and email management for four Partners
  • Administrative and operational support to the Business Advisory team
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Accurate administration of client-related files
  • Tax Administration and Corporate Secretarial support
  • Fee posting for Business Advisory partners
  • Preparation of engagement letters, proposals and reports
  • Minute-taking and preparation of meeting agendas

Key skills:
  • 3 + years' experience as an Administrator within an accounting firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
