About the Role 
As Indirects Procurement Category Specialist you will manage a full end-to-end procurement cycle. From owning your own strategic sourcing processes through to full category management evaluation and enablement, you will take responsibly to deliver wins looking after the Property & Facilities Management category. Once you have awarded the contract, you will work collaboratively with your appointed suppliers to manage the vendor engagement and hands-on execution of the service agreements. This wide ranging position would cover a range of property related projects that could be anywhere in Australia with scope to incorporate major projects in Asia. Whilst you will sit as part of a key member of a highly regarded Procurement Team, your internal stakeholders will include the Regional Property & Construction Projects Team, which will require you to be the Procurement Representative for high profile initiatives. This role combines all the key commercial elements of a property & procurement focused category role with a strong projects delivery focus. 

About You 
The successful candidate will demonstrate a combination of key property focused or facilities management experience as well as an appreciation for the execution of procurement best practices and project management. The key requirement is that you have excellent stakeholder skills, able to credibly add value to a project team from a procurement perspective and have had some exposure to property related commercial matters eg involvement with facilities management, leasing, contracts for cleaning services, security, construction, office relocation's, fit-outs etc. In short, you will have a top tier communication style and crisp analytics, able to work autonomously to provide a best practice outcome leveraging your property category experience and procurement expertise.
