Project Coordinator

A mid-tier construction firm with stunning offices located in the Sydney, CBD are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their fun, energetic team.
 
As the Project Coordinator you will be reporting directly into the Project Manager and your duties will be, but not limited to.
 
  • Scheduling and liaising with contractors
  • Supporting the Procurement team with various tasks including invoicing, raising of purchase orders, receipting and raising jobs within the internal CRM system.
  • Client reporting
  • Managing contractual requirements of each project, ensuring they are inline with company policies and procedures
  • Managing all admin associated with contracts, programs, projects and services
  • Provided to clients
  • Liaising Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers and owners to ensure that goals are met
  • Record keeping on each job file incl. job related documents, communication notes, photos, work orders
  • Reporting on variations to work orders
  • Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
  • Ad-hoc administration as required
 
To be successful in securing this opportunity you must have
 
  • 2+years’ experience within a projects based role
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in either Residential or Commercial will be highly regarded
  • Be skilled at managing costs related to construction projects
  • Excellent communication skills verbal & written
  • Proactive and efficient approach
  • Sound knowledge of WHS Regulations
  • Excellent eye for detail
