One of Australia’s most innovative and well recognised brands is seeking a talented HR/Recruitment Coordinator
This iconic Media Brand is currently seeking a HR/Recruitment Coordinator to provide excellent team coordination to the Human Resources and Sales Recruitment team to ensure all team deadlines and targets are met as required.   
 
Some of your duties will include:
 
·         Assist with the co-ordination and administration of Human Resources & Recruitment tasks and Projects
·         Co-ordinate Interviews, Reference checking and other recruitment activities 
·         Organise advertisement with advertising agencies – internally and externally
·         Ensure the Payroll department have all required paperwork in time for the fortnightly pay-run.
·         Assist in maintaining a database for employees using HRIS
·         Draft employment contracts and letters of offer
·         Issue correspondence to new starters
·         Coordinate the On Boarding & Leavers process
·         Co-ordinate HR related events and activities
·         Coordination of Reward and Recognition program
·         Complete regular reports using excel
·         Generalist HR administration and ad hoc projects
·         Other duties as required from time to time
 
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
 
·         Tertiary qualification's in Human Resources or previous experience in an equivalent role is preferred
·         Excellent attention to detail, coordination and administration skills
·         Ability to work under pressure to conflicting priorities and deadlines
·         Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills
·         Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
·         Working knowledge of relevant legislation
