Client Details
Our client is an Australian owned contract manufacturer working with many of Australian’s biggest brands in medicine, nutrition and supplements. They offer innovative solutions for big brands and private labels with a strong focus on quality, customer service and speed to market.

As the Supply Chain Executive you will be coordinating purchasing, forecasting, demand planning and logistics to ensure in time and low-cost fulfilment of raw materials. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring sales order management for NPD and reoccurring products as per delivery requirements. Responsible for reducing the costs of ingredients and managing the contract manufacturing relationship.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review of logistics costs and review local processes to increase efficiencies
  • Collaboration to ensure awareness of demand changes that may impact stock levels
  • Communication with US team on planning requirements locally
  • Liaise with 3PL to assist stock control
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders in relation to shipping and requirements and documentation
  • Maintain and update shipping schedules and track, validate and process shipping advices
  • Coordinating the manufacturing
  • Generate POs
  • Records management of inventory and movement of goods
  • Product support – assist with testing and product documentation is up to date
  • Quality management
  • Automate processes and reports to ensure cost efficient operations
  • 3 years work experience in similar position
  • Local FMCG experience
  • Highly analytical and organised
  • Advanced Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and commercial mindset
