The role requires exceptional stakeholder management ability coupled with experience in AML/CTF in understanding the regulations around client and customer onboarding. You will need to build requirements and controls in a project environment where you will be reporting into the BAU compliance team whilst managing stakeholders across the business.
This role would be suitable for someone with a compliance generalist background or someone with AML/CTF experience at a retail or institutional bank. The role will ensure that first line business partners are compliant, and that the administration of compliance frameworks are implemented throughout the digitalising project.
The ideal candidate will ensure adequate controls are in place for the new onboarding framework as well as ensure that compliance is at the forefront of the businesses minds. You will have strong knowledge around the regulatory framework and regulations surrounding AML/CTF as well more generally across retail or institutional banking.
The role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
