Supporting a team of Financial Planners, this is a permanent opportunity for a driven administrator to hit the ground running in a collaborative and flexible environment.

Key duties:

  • Diary management
  • Scanning and managing mail
  • Manage telephone enquiries
  • Meeting preparation
  • General ad-hoc duties

Key skills:

  • 12 + months as an administrator supporting team of Financial Planners
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
