Located in the North Ryde area, our client is a leading organisation that operates on a global platform and is renowned for their innovative and life-changing products.


The Customer Service Representative is a member of a team responsible for service excellence with efficient, effective processing of customer orders to enable correct purchase, invoicing and delivery of product to customers. The core responsibilities are as follows:

  • Facilitate the correct and timely delivery and invoicing of products and the processing of credit notes by entering data accurately within business systems
  • Continuously access information sources, communications and training to update knowledge
  • Actively participate in the identification and development of service level improvements
  • Liaise closely with the sales teams to provide high quality information regarding sales opportunities, customer complaints or competitor behaviour
  • Interprets and communicates relevant pricing/ policy / procedures / changes to customers and staff, ranging from basic enquiries to more complex enquiries including warranty enquiries and rebates
  • Achieve individual and department quality, service and efficiency KPIs which include call pick up time, order entry accuracy and order processing time.


  • Two years Customer Service or Call Centre experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Accurate and quick data processing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage a challenging workload
  • Customer centricity and the maturity to to explain complex matters in an appropriate, clear and concise manner
  • Proven accuracy and precision and the ability to priorities tasks to meet strict deadlines
