Client Details Our client is a chartered accounting firm in the top 15 of the AFR. This firm has a long-standing reputation in the ANZ market and specialises in audit, accountancy, advisory and tax. The firm invests in your potential and continuous development and recently organised a hugely successful event with Harvard University Professors.
Description As part of the Business Advisory team, you will engage with a diverse range of middle market clients and work closely with the Director and Managers. Your duties will include:
- Preparation of accounts, tax returns, FBT returns, BAS and other compliance matters for clients
- Maintaining client records and accounts
- Utilising accounting software
- Preparing and management of client correspondence
- General administrative duties, as required
- Researching information for client queries
Profile The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years' previous experience in a Chartered Accounting firm
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- CA qualifications, either already commenced or willingness to undertake CA qualifications, and a relevant degree from an Australian University
- Ability to manage a busy workload together with a strong client service focus
- Drive and ambition to be innovative and maintain a continuous improvement mindset
