About the role:


This boutique Accounting firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Secretary to join their team. As the Corporate Secretary, you will mange a team of 4 administrative professionals and support two partners of the firm as their Personal Asistant. 


Key duties:
  • Setting up clients in the system
  • Daily use of MYOB-AE, CAS360 and XERO
  • Extensive daily diary, correspondence and email management
  • Administrative support to 2 partners
  • Management of administration team

Key skills:
  • 2+ years' experience in a Corporate Secretary role
  • Experience in an Accounting firm
  • Experience in managing staff
  • MYOB-AE experience
