Client Details

A reputable educational provider on the Eastern suburbs, our client is seeking to appoint a Facilities Administration contractor into the team whilst recruiting the role permanently. 

Description 

  • Management of all FMT documents, files, policies, guidelines and digital assets 
  • Answer and address all incoming phone calls to the FMT office
  • Supervise the arrival and departure of FM Contractors via Viatek sign in kiosk
  • Request and manage all supporting contractor documentation required to be on-site including contractor induction forms/hotwork permits/WHS/WWCC/Public Liability insurance
  • Liaise and troubleshoot with on-site contracts
  • Coordinate work and assist contractors upon arrival to site
  • Assist FMT staff with the College purchase order system
  • Distribute and manage issuance of keys and security passes
  • Send all outbound email communication from the FMT to the whole college
  • Program access for events and functions via Forecefield Management software
  • Edit and assign profiles and program staff cards
  • Manage FMT web page on College Intranet (Schoolbox)
  • Manage the college fleet including documentation, insurance claims, compliance, issue keys to drivers, move vehicles, drive vehicles to assigned mechanics and collision repairers

Profile

  • You will have demonstrable track record supporting a facilities function in an administrative capacity. 
  • You will locally in the broader Bondi area
  • You will be immediately available
  • You will undertake a Working with Children's check if offered
