Client Details

Our client is widely recognised within the professional services industry for their tier one advisory services and excellent knowledge base which hails from the big four. Additionally, our client has a great reputation for putting their people first; clients and staff alike.  

The Receptionist will act as the face of the business, nurturing and building relationships across staff and visiting clients. The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Manage incoming calls, forwarding calls to employees and taking messages when required
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Be responsive to clients’ needs and request
  • Build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Be productive in letting internal or external clients aware of any potential delays
  • Maintain client kitchen
  • Maintain presentation of meeting rooms, reception and foyer areas – provide tea and coffee for visitors
  • Organise catering for internal meetings and events
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Incoming Mail - Sort and distribute to Team Admins or Partners.
  • Outgoing Mail - create labels, declare, check relationships
  • Assist with booking of the client car park
  • Manage all meeting room requests and resource bookings
  • Maintain coffee machine and order supplies
  • Set up projector and/or video conference for meetings
  • Assist the admins with hand deliveries
  • Conduct quality control (per agreed procedures) for scanned documents
  • File documents in the appropriate location in Filesite, ensuring that the naming conventions are adhered to
  • Create and update reception manual and daily task register
  • Assist with any ad hoc admin projects


To be successful in this application, you will have a demonstrable track record within a client-centric environment preferably another Receptionist position within professional services.
