The Role
 
The Oceania Workplace Projects Manager is responsible for the workplace projects that it aligns with business needs and expectations.  This includes coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. 
Reporting to the Workplace Occupancy & Projects Manager, day to day responsibilities will include:
 
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project, project schedule and project costs
  • Report and escalate to management as required
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks to other team members
  • Track project performance
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments
 You
 
To be considered for this role you will require:
 
  • Tertiary Qualification in a Facilities/Property discipline or 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or medium to large corporate environment
  • Sound MS Office Suite skills
  • A broad facilities, operational and property management experience, including:
  • Project management
  • Change management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Space management
  • Relationship and stakeholder management
  • Financial management
  • Negotiation skills
